Never been so close
Not to mention that day i slip and fall down the ship stair due to the newly paint and slippery floor, the previous day when we were to board the ship it rain heavily. Nevetherless we still commence our boarding. Rain drops hit on our head ( helmet with holes, those bicycle black helmet) and our eye when we look up at the ship gangway from our boat. Unfortunately the ship was a very big one. After we climb the jacob ladder, we still need to walk up the ship ac ladder. (If you ever saw before a few classes of merchant ship, you would know how big some ship are. They are way larger than our navy largest ship)
Up onboard the ship, everyone was drenched from head to toe. My two poor teammates, they have to stand under the rain for quite long. Learning from the previous lesson, i walk and climb stair extra careful. In the end, everything went as normal.Those floor was very slippery and our army boots are not anti skid like the usual ship safety boots. I had a few times where i was about to slip on various boarding but never fall except the previous incident, where i got a slight scratch on my right arm. Very lucky that day.
Today.
Today when we were to disembark, the sea is choppy and the ship never slow down because it was moving out to the high sea. As usual one man will guide the other to stop at a certain step so that when the highest wave come and it will not bring our boat to knock on our leg. When it was my turn to disembark, as instructed i wait at the certain step for the highest wave to bring the boat up. The highest wave came and the boat went to a suitable height for me to come down. When one of my leg was about to touch our boat, the boat suddenly went down and up. Fortunately, i have only put down one leg if not i sure fall. I faster pull and hold myself to the jacob ladder. Luckily the boat never cut my leg. The coxswain also did his part to steer away our boat from the ship. In the end, i got a small slight scratches on my left arm. Right arm scratches just heal, now my left arm.
Thinking back now, it was really a close shave. It was a blessing to get only a slight scratch. Tml must go pray pray.

Pao Pao.
There was an adventurous explorer who went to north pole to survey the polar bear living habits.
Once reaching there, he ask each polar bears about their daily activities.
The first polar answers, "Catch fish, eat fish, bath and beat pao pao"
The second polar answers, " Catch fish, eat fish, bath and beat pao pao"
The third polar answers, " Catch fish, eat fish, bath and beat pao pao"
Hundreds of polar bears he asked all gave him the same answer.
Then he came to the last polar bear and ask the same question.
The polar answers " Catch fish, eat fish and bath"

Groundless Fact
IMF/WORLD BANK MEETING
If you have read the strait times, you would have know that the IMF and world bank representives are unhappy about singapore ban on outdoor protest.
ARE they crazy?
Without outdoor protest, without people cursing at you, without the fear of the terrorists hiding in the amid of the protest and bomb their ass, lastly with the whole country smiling to you and say welcome to singapore. They are not happy with it.
On the other hand, i can understand why they want the peaceful outdoor protest. It is about human right. The freedom to express one will.
Too bad to them. Our country say no no to that.
Anyway this blog is not to pinpoint about imf or worldbank issues.
It is about assume. Assume will lead to disaster or fortune. Mostly disaster. Just bear in mind, " One's action may not be how one thinks. "
Just take the imf as an example;
Singapore assumed that the imf representives got a big headache to the protest that always happens when they hold their meeting. So singapore provides a safe and "no protest" environment to them. However, it is a mistake. The representives want the protest. I think they like it because it provides some sort of entertainment to them. Imagine when they take a break from their meeting in their air conditional room, by looking down at the protesters standing under the hot sun and say "Look! how interesting are they", "oh i have see before this guy in previous protest", "Look at this guy, he amazingly perspires alot", or maybe "look at the banner, this year they finally change it"
Singapore snatch away their entertainment, that's why they are not very happy. In anger they say they will take it as an experience to them and will also look at this issue when deciding the future venue. So what it means?
Singapore can't eat this big pie again unless we change our strict rule.
Hmm back to the assume part.
Try' not to assume things. Even god are unpredictable.
Take what happens to me as another classic example;
Before i went to take my afternoon nap, i told my mum please don't hang my clothes outside. However, my mum saw the weather was a big sunshine and took my clothes out. After that she went out. Then it rain heavily and my clothes was wet. Now i have to wash it with water again and wait for it to dry...
One's action may not be how one thinks.

I believe everyone have some regrets in their life. If given a chance, we would somehow want to turn back to the past and amend the mistake we done or to grab the opportunity we had let it slip past.
Let us spare a minute now and think about our regrets.

My biggest regret now is
I never took the cab receipt when i took one because of the sudden recall at the middle of night. Oh my 16 dollar.
