    Area Cleaning

    Area cleaning was done every morning. No matter how hard we clean, the place is never free of dust. Maybe because our company is facing the sea, the sea breeze blow all the dust to our bunk. Moreover, if you really want to keep the window very clean, you might need to wipe it every 5-6 hour. The worst part is when there is an area inspection, you find your window full of detergent stain because those staying above hang their clothes without squeezing it dry. ArghZ. In addition, the air in tekong is not as fresh as you may think....

    Parade square cleaning. It was a hell shitty stuff. Two platoon was send to clean the parade square. Given only an hour to do so. We have to clean the leaves away and PLUCK THE WEEDS GROWING AROUND THE PARADE SQUARE. Not that i am complaining about why must we pluck the weeds but it is that there are uncountable weeds ( a whole bloody lot..) growing happily around the parade square. Lack of manpower and time. If the whole company (4 platoon) come and clean the parade square, i think we also need a whole day to do it.

    Creating a clean environment is never easy.
