Clueless

Those that have the link to my previous blog(teen) will know what i have been doing.

2004 of feb: I'm making a choice on what electives to take for my poly third year.

2005 of feb: I thought i'm very fortunate, thinking that i had found someone. However, it is short-lived.

2006 of feb: I am enlisted, doing my national service.

I think these 6 months i have learn many new things and accept many truths. If i was to stuck in 2005/2004, i would'nt have realise many facts.

I will always remember this saying "Changes is the only constant thing"

Noone know what will happen in next year feb.

Man of honor

"History is made by those who break the rules."

I know it is quite an old show but anyway it is great. It talk about an African rising from the lowest lifeform in navy to American first African navy diver. The journey was tough because of racism exist in the country. However, in the end he proved himself and become one respectable man.

It is really nice just like what my friends recommended.

End of JRC

Today is the opening of imos and it is also the last day of my junior rating course.

Things that we didnt do because of unforeseen circumstances,

- teambuilding
- teambuilding (water)
- stay in at LST for sea sortie
- chevron
- cutter pulling expedition

We missed out most of the interesting things in the course. If not for those unforeseen circumstance, i think we will have a better experiences in jrc.

Anyway, we have one day off because of today parade. So we booking in at thursday morning. :)

My vocation.

Vocation: C2 (Command & Control)

Platform(ship): APV/PV ( Not confirm yet)

I got my second choice. This will be my vocation for the rest of my ns, provided i pass my seamanship test 2 next tue. Truthfully, I a bit dislike the platform, PV.

Anyway, in life you dont always get what you want.

In addition, i got another good news. My section mate, who have been the same cabin with me since bmt, pre jrc, jrc, got the same vocation as me and so it means we going to see each other again. It is quite funny because he didnt choose this vocation at all. I think my course commander go and recommend him during the board meeting.

She say:

I totally surprised that such sentences come out from her.

Nevertheless, i do agree with her sayings.

Sea sortie

Next week is sea sortie(harbour)!

Looking forward to it. We were to go LST (landing ship tank) for 3 days.

If we can stay on it for 3 days, it will be more interesting. However this month schedule doesnt permit it. :(
